obtain the certificate of no criminal record by going to the courthouse ("Adliye Sarayı") in the city where they reside, then heading to the Criminal Records Office ("Adli Sicil Bürosu") and requesting their own criminal record form ("sabıka kaydı"), or the no-criminal-record certificate ("Adli Sicil").
