Urban transformation is Turkey's programme for renewing its ageing housing stock. It is how we develop in Büyükçekmece.
A state programme for replacing old buildings that do not meet current earthquake standards. It runs under Law No. 6306 on the Transformation of Areas at Disaster Risk. After the 2023 earthquakes, accelerating the programme became a national priority.
An apartment in an urban transformation project is entirely new construction built to the current earthquake code, and it sits inside the existing fabric of the city rather than outside it — the infrastructure, services and transport are already there.
We are the developer: we handle the agreement with the owners, the permits, the design, the construction and the handover. The apartments shown here are from our own projects, not brokerage.

Büyükçekmece is a coastal district on the western end of Istanbul's European side. It lies between the Sea of Marmara and Büyükçekmece Lake, with lower density, more green space than the centre, and connections to the E-5 and TEM motorways.
