Areas where property-based residency cannot be obtained

The Ministry of Interior, through the Directorate of Migration Management, has published a list of residential areas that have been added

to the areas prohibited to foreigners, where it will no longer be permitted to register a residential address

because they have exceeded 20% of foreign residents.
This applies not only to tenants but also to those buying a property.
Please pay attention and exercise caution before proceeding to buy or rent.
We would also like to inform you that

first-time applications for tourist residency are suspended at a rate of 95%,
while the renewal of tourist residency is still ongoing for those who have a registered residential address.
