Conditions for obtaining permanent residency in Turkey
The residence permit is a legal document that allows foreigners to stay and remain in Turkey for a period exceeding three months

According to the law, the residence permit in Turkey is granted by the Ministry of Interior and the Directorate of Migration Management, following an application submitted by the foreign national

According to Turkish regulations, the application for a permanent residence permit in Turkey must be submitted in person by the foreigner to the Foreigners' Office of the Police Department.
The documents required for the residence permit application are

1. Two declaration forms.

2. Two employment statement forms.

3. Seven photographs of the foreign individual.

4. A petition prepared by the company for employing the foreign national.

5. The work permit obtained from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

6. The foreign individual's passport

 

If you wish to apply for permanent residency in Turkey, you must meet the following requirements:

1. 8 years of continuous residency in Turkey.

2. Not having received social assistance in the past three years

3. Sufficient and stable income to support yourself (and your family)

4. Valid health insurance (for applicants under 65).

5. Not posing a threat to public order/security.

6. Not having been outside Turkey for more than one year.
