Among the top 10 economic partners, Turkey is our country's foremost partner
The UAE's ambassador to Ankara, Saeed Thani Al Zaabi, said that Turkey has become the partner with which his country

has developed its economic relations with the most, among its top 10 economic partners.
He explained: “"The Republic of Turkey has become the partner with which economic relations have developed most, among

the UAE's top 10 trading partners."”.
Al Zaabi added, in a statement to journalists in Istanbul, that his country will host the 28th

Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), from 30 November to 12

December, affirming that the conference will provide a comprehensive, solutions-oriented opportunity to accelerate global efforts

to address climate change.
He noted that fair climate action requires listening to young people, providing them access, and ensuring their contribution

to decision-making processes.

He said they look forward to Turkey's participation in the conference, and that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's recent visit to the UAE

had a very significant impact on relations between the two countries.

Al Zaabi affirmed that Turkey and the UAE have many promising opportunities to develop their economic and cultural partnerships.

He added: “"The (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Turkey and the UAE), signed last March

and entered into force on 1 September, is the most important step towards increasing trade and investment, and we look forward to

stronger cooperation at various levels."”.
Al Zaabi noted that, alongside economic relations, the development of relations between Turkey and the UAE has also strengthened dialogue

between Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
