The work permit and how to obtain it .

A work permit allows its holder to benefit from social security and various kinds of insurance. It is granted for a set period: one year the first time, then renewed for two years, after which it can be extended for three years, and it may be granted indefinitely after eight consecutive years.
A work permit can be obtained through the following steps
1- The employer logs in to their account on the e-Devlet portal, enters the worker's details and then submits an initial application to the ministry the job falls under
2- After the initial application, the employer must add the signed employment contract to that same electronic registration system and attach a photograph of the worker
3- Once the application is complete, the papers move to the ministry review stage, and the applicant is told the outcome by email.
4- After approving the application, the ministry gives the applicant 15 days to pay the fees
5- The ministry sends the work permit card by post to the employer's registered address .
