The minimum value for property residence
Property residence is the residence permit that allows a property owner to live in Türkiye.
Sources at the Turkish Presidency of Migration Management have indicated that there is a new decision affecting those who want
to obtain property residence in Türkiye
The new decision, issued on 16 /10 /2023, states
that anyone wishing to obtain property residence in Türkiye
should note the requirement that the price of the property to be bought must be
200 thousand dollars or more, based on the Central Bank exchange rate.
Property valuation will no longer be relied upon as it was before in order to obtain
property residence; only the price registered on the Tapu will count.
