which leaves the door open for anyone who wants Turkish citizenship through property ownership to move quickly and buy a property for 250000 before the decision takes effect .
According to figures published by the official Turkish statistics authority last February, property sales to foreigners in Türkiye rose by 56.5% in January 2022 compared with the same period a year earlier.
