There are conditions for agricultural investment, which are:
1. Establishing a company with a capital of no less than 100,000 Turkish lira, with the project registered under this company's name.
2. Agricultural investment companies are required to purchase agricultural land of no less than 1,000 square metres, within cities designated by the Turkish state
3. Providing an irrigation source by laying water lines or drilling groundwater wells within the boundaries of the farmland in Turkey.
4. Submitting a five-year feasibility study for the agricultural project to be established,
5. The project must comply with Turkey's agricultural investment law for foreigners.
6. Finally, if the foreign investor partners with a local Turkish investor, this gives them the right to
government support of up to 50% of the project's value.
