How to obtain a travel permit through e-Devlet
Syrian refugees are not allowed to travel between Turkish provinces without a travel permit document, which lets them move about without risking a penalty or a fine
It is now possible to obtain a travel permit directly through the online portal. All you need to do is enter your e-Devlet password and follow these steps:
1- Open the E-Devlet app on your phone, then log in by entering your kimlik number and your e-Devlet password.
2- Search for “Yol İzin Belge Başvurusu”, which means travel permit application, then press “Yeni Başvuru”, meaning new application.
3- You need to select the HES code that appears. If it does not appear, you can generate a new HES code and start the travel permit application again.
4- Press accept on the page showing your personal details, and you will be taken to the travel information page.
5- Specify the reason for travel, the province you are travelling to, the outbound and return dates, your email address, and the “plaka” number for that province.
You then submit the application and wait for the migration authority's reply, approving or refusing it, at the email address you entered on the application, or by text message to your phone number.
Note: each province has its own number
