A medical report, or rapor, is a report issued to people with illnesses, injuries or disabilities that prevent them from carrying out their usual activities or work.
1- To obtain our complete health information in Turkey, we need to download the e-Nabız app
2- Once the app is open, we tap sign in through the e-Devlet portal
3- Enter the e-Devlet sign-in details
At this step we sign in to our account on the e-Devlet government portal using kimlik number 99 and our e-Devlet password
4- Accept the terms of use
After signing in through the government portal, a window appears with the terms and conditions for using the e-Nabız health site and app; all we have to do is tap accept
5- Fill in the e-Nabız site and app details
Once the terms of use are accepted, a window appears with fields that need to be filled in; this information has to be entered
6- Confirm registration on the e-Nabız health app
After entering the personal data and information, the site sends a confirmation message to the phone number, which we then enter on the site
7- Sign in to the e-Nabız app and website
Finally we return to the home page and sign in by entering the kimlik number and the password we chose
And that is how we can obtain the medical report
along with the diagnosis and medication
