There is no doubt that the Turkish government is always working to develop infrastructure and services quickly and seriously, especially in crowded areas, in order to meet what those areas need
One of the most important places where the Turkish government is working to boost infrastructure and services is the municipality of Esenyurt in Istanbul
which attracts contractors and construction firms building new residential centres and complexes, so that it becomes, as they say, ” the new Istanbul “

Work recently began on the Mahmutbey – Esenyurt metro line project
which is expected to serve 70 thousand passengers an hour once construction is complete

The new line will connect with existing lines such as the Kirazlı metro line, the Başakşehir line and the Halkalı metro
The journey from Mahmutbey to Esenyurt is expected to take 28 minutes, and it will greatly ease traffic congestion and the need for public transport such as buses and minibuses

Economically the project will support the area considerably and push it a step forward, raising the number of property developments, which in turn will drive up property prices and investment returns in the area
